Suman has intimate knowledge of commercial and investment banking having started his career in the sector in 1990. After completing tenures in various international and national banks in India and Nepal, he was the founding CEO of Laxmi Bank and completed 3 consecutive tenures during which he conceived, managed, and scaled various projects and subsidiaries for the bank. Suman is widely regarded as one of the most innovative and creative banking experts in Nepal. He has been credited with launch of the first mobile payment system in Nepal and also co-founded Finaccess, owner of Hello Paisa: an inter-operable mobile payments platform. He received his education on Private Equity & Venture Capital from Harvard Business School.
Specializing in areas such as Strategic Planning, Credit Risk Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Corporate Governance, Fund Management, and Mobile Financial Services, Suman is constantly looking to push boundaries of existing financial and entrepreneurial sector landscape in Nepal.

2. Niranjan Shrestha, Partner
Niranjan is a second-generation entrepreneur. He is the Executive Director at Laxmi Group, which is a major player in the confectioneries and dairy sector with firms like Sujal Foods, Jaya Confectioneries, Sujal Dairy, Sujal Plastics and Jaya Packaging. Laxmi Group is also the sole distributor of Hyundai Motors in Nepal. Niranjan is also a Director at Om Finance and is the Immediate-Past President of the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum and a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization.
3. Ajay B Pradhanang, Partner
Trained as an Engineer, Ajay believes in Nepal’s competitive advantage in the herbal and agricultural sectors. His company, Fleur Himalayan Limited aims to pioneer the efforts to popularize herbal resources, traditional medicines, and hygienic products by blending these natural resources and traditional knowledge with modern technology. Ajay is committed to converting his business into a world-class venture in the herbal line of products and help others in Nepal emulate his example. 4. Ajay Shrestha, Partner
Ajay is the Chairman and Managing Director of iCapital, which is an investment and holding company that invests in the Nepalese stock market and Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs). It has the vision to become a pioneer investment and holding company with profitable investments in all sectors of the economy. Ajay completed his BBA and Masters in Management with a specialization in finance from Kathmandu University. Amongst his other initiatives, he serves as a Director at Kaffeine Foods Pvt. Ltd., which runs a chain of coffee shops around Kathmandu, and as a Director at Source Code Pvt. Ltd., which is an IT company focused in developing products for the financial sector.
5. Amod Rajbhandari, Partner
After his undergraduate studies at Tufts University in the US, Amod started his career at Bloomberg News in New York. He then came back to Nepal in 2009 and joined Ace Development Bank as a Credit Analyst. In 2012, Amod obtained his MBA at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Amod then joined InfraCo Asia in Singapore to work infrastructure projects in emerging countries in South and South-East Asia. Currently, Amod is the Chief Investment Officer of the Mercantile Group of Companies. He oversees the Group's investments in the ICT, financial services, energy, and home improvements sectors.
